What is the range of water cooler available?

    We are having different range starting from a storage capacity of 20lts to 475lts capacity.

What kind of compressors do you use?

    We use tropicalized compressors of reputed manufacturers namely Electrolux, which is     compatible with the system, to deliver optimum results.

Does this unit require lubrication?

    This unit is equipped with hermetically sealed compressor and requires no additional lubrication.

What is the warranty for the water coolers?

    One year on the complete unit. Extended warranty can be availed at extra cost.

Does your company offer Annual maintenance contract?

    Yes ,we do have AMC agreements.

Where can your products be seen physically?

    At our showroom in Hamriya next to German Embassy and our factory at Rusayl Industrial area.

Is your commercial refrigeration eco-friendly?
    Yes, our products are eco-friendly. We use R134A / R22 refrigerant.

Are your products designed for operating in high ambient conditions?

    Yes, our coolers are tested at 52 DC ambient. Our products are capable of handling any     extremes in temperature.

What is the normal delivery period?

    For standard water coolers the normal delivery period is within 2-3 days from the date of receipt     of the order.

Are the water coolers energy efficient?

    Yes, our products are designed to ensure less consumption of electricity making your electricity     bills friendlier.

Give information about R&D and testing facilities?

    We have a strong in-house R&D capability with well-developed R&D laboratory. Our R&D team     comprises highly experienced engineers dedicated to commercial development of products.     Quality assurances systems at various stages of product development ensures top quality of our     products. Our testing facility includes Environmental test chambers for testing the machines in     assimilated test conditions at various ambient temperatures & humidity levels. Well-equipped     electrical test equipments to test components & accessories like fan motor etc.

Should I buy a Split AC or Window AC?

    A room air conditioner is ideal for rooms up to 200sq.ft when one of the wall is exposed to the     outside. If there are no exposed walls a Split AC is the only option. In addition, in a split AC the     compressor is kept outside & hence noise levels are lower.

To what distance will a window AC or split AC throw air?

    A normal window AC or split AC will throw air up to 15 feet. However special split units are     available to throw air up to 30 feet.

What kind of compressors do you use?

    We use tropicalized reciprocating compressors of reputed manufacturers namely Tecumseh &     Kirloskar Copeland , which is compatible with the system, to deliver optimum results.

What is the ideal location for a window AC?

    At a height of 5 feet from floor level. Ensure that the AC air from the air conditioner does not hit     you directly.

How often should I clean my filter?

    Filter cleaning depends on frequency of usage and the atmospheric conditions. For normal     applications it is recommended to clean the filter once in 15 days.

Will split unit spoil my false ceiling?

    If units are installed and maintained properly, the false ceiling will be safe. However if the drain is     not sloped properly or the drainpipe is choked, water will overflow into the false ceiling and spoil     it. Since the unit is inside the ceiling, the false ceiling has to be opened frequently for attending to     the unit.

Some people keep saying it is too cold while others say it is warm-how do I get over     this?

    The feeling of coolness or warmth is highly individualistic and depends on each person’s     metabolism. It is however imperative that temperatures area maintained uniformly at each nook     and corner of the office. Balancing the airflow is very important to achieve uniform temperature.

    Yes, we have sufficient spare parts for all our products.
